Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
Our Salon Policies

Please take a moment and have a read through our salon polices.

If a skin test is required for your colour or beauty services and you fail to have one done, then we have no choice but to cancel your appointment.
Skin tests must be performed 48 hours before your appointment.

At The Little Hair & Beauty Studio, we insist on following the rules and regulations of the manufacturers that supply our products for your safety and well-being.
It is very rare for a reaction to occur, but if it does, it can be very severe and can even cause hospitalisation - this is a risk that we are not willing to take.
If you do have a reaction, you must inform us and your GP immediately.

Personal Belongings

The company will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage (including clothing) to any personal belongings that you bring to the salon with you.

While The Little Hair & Beauty Studio team will always endeavour to keep your personal belongings safe and undamaged, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your possessions while on the premises. We do take every precaution to protect your clothing from colour, but we would advise you to wear something appropriate to avoid
disappointment. High necklines and collars are best avoided.

We highly recommend not wearing expensive clothing while having your hair coloured.

Extra Long & Thick Hair

We kindly ask that you let us know at the time of booking your appointment if you are a real-life mermaid and have extra-long hair or thick hair, as we may need to book extra time for your appointment to achieve your desired look. If you do not tell us, and our standard appointment time is not long enough, we will have no choice but to reschedule your appointment.

Please be aware that there is an extra charge for long/ thick hair of up to £15 on top, this is purely because we have to book more time and use extra products on the hair.

Service Satisfaction

If, after your appointment, you are not satisfied or have any issues with either your hair or beauty service, please contact the Salon Manager within 7 days of that service via email or telephone.

We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a client.

If you experience any adverse reactions from waxing or facials, please reach out to the salon manager within 24 to 48 hours. We recommend sending a picture of the reaction and also contacting your GP to verify the nature of the issue.

If you have simply changed your mind on your hair, or if you return after the 7 days, normal charges apply. If you have altered or attempted to alter your hair colour or cut yourself, or have been seen by a third party, this guarantee becomes null and void.
