Booking Information & Salon Policies

Dry cuts are carried out on clean, freshly washed hair with no products applied. If this isn’t possible, a shampoo service will be required and an additional £4 charge will apply.

Our Trim, Trim & Blow-Dry service is suitable for removing up to 2.5 inches of hair. If you would like more than 2.5 inches removed or a change of style, please book a Restyle. If you’re unsure which service to book, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise you.

Senior Citizen pricing is available for clients aged 67 and over and is valid on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Allergy Alert Testing

An Allergy Alert Test is required at least 48 hours before applicable new colour, lash and brow services.

Your safety is important to us. Allergy Alert Tests (AAT) may be required before certain colour services in accordance with our salon procedures and the manufacturer’s instructions.
