Established in 2016, The Little Hair & Beauty Studio is an award-winning hair and beauty salon in Newark-on-Trent. Our experienced team offers professional hairdressing, hair extensions, nails, brows, lashes and beauty treatments in a friendly and welcoming salon.
Our experienced team is passionate about helping every client look and feel their best. From precision cutting and colouring to beauty treatments and hair extensions, we combine professional expertise with friendly, personalised service.
We’re committed to running a more sustainable salon and reducing our environmental impact wherever possible. We recycle around 95% of our salon waste through Salon Sustainability and carefully select professional products for use within the salon.
We’re proud to welcome clients of all ages and offer special Senior Citizen pricing for clients aged 67+ on Tuesdays and Wednesday.

SALON OWNER • HAIRDRESSER • BROW & NAIL TECHNICIAN
Jill has proudly owned The Little Hair & Beauty Studio in Newark-on-Trent since 2016 and has over 25 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry.
As an experienced hairdresser, brow and nail technician, Jill offers a range of professional treatments with a focus on friendly, personalised service. She is also passionate about education and runs The Little Hair Studio Training Academy, providing in-person hair extension training in Newark.
Hayley
MASTER STYLIST • BEAUTY THERAPIST • ASSISTANT MANAGER
Hayley has been a valued member of The Little Hair & Beauty Studio since 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry.
As a Master Stylist and qualified Beauty Therapist, Hayley offers professional hair and beauty services with a friendly, personalised approach. As Assistant Manager, she also plays an important role in supporting the salon team and maintaining our high standards of client care.
Thomas
SENIOR STYLIST • BARBER
Thomas joined The Little Hair & Beauty Studio in July 2026 and brings over 14 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
As a Senior Stylist and Barber, Thomas offers professional cutting and styling for both ladies and gentlemen, combining experience with a friendly, relaxed approach. He is passionate about creating styles that suit each client’s individual look and lifestyle.
Chelsie
COLOUR MASTER • HAIR EXTENSION SPECIALIST
Chelsie joined The Little Hair & Beauty Studio in 2024 and brings over 8 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
As our Colour Master, Chelsie specialises in professional hair colouring and creating beautiful, personalised results for her clients. She is also a qualified Hair Extension Specialist, offering expert extension services alongside her colour work.
Lulu
STYLIST • HAIR EXTENSION SPECIALIST • NAIL TECHNICIAN
Lulu began her hairdressing journey with The Little Hair & Beauty Studio in 2023 and qualified as a stylist in 2024.
Alongside her hairdressing services, Lulu is also a qualified Hair Extension Specialist and Nail Technician. She offers a range of hair, extension and nail services and continues to develop her skills and experience within the salon.
Zuzanna
GRADUATE STYLIST • BROW & LASH TECHNICIAN
Zuzanna joined our team in August 2023 and qualified as a hairdresser in July 2025. She is continuing to develop her skills and experience within the salon while working towards further hairdressing qualifications. Zuzanna is also a qualified Brow & Lash Technician, offering a range of brow and lash treatments.
CHARLIE
SALON APPRENTICE
Charlie joined the salon in June 2024 as our Saturday assistant before beginning his hairdressing apprenticeship in July 2026. He is developing his skills and experience in the salon while working towards becoming a qualified hairdresser and barber.
